Dan joined Chambers in October 2021, after completing his pupillage under the supervision of Petra Teacher, Simon Calhaem, and Max Lewis. Dan was involved in a wide range of cases across all areas of family law during his pupillage, including complex financial remedy claims, private children law proceedings, Schedule 1 claims, TOLATA 1996, and Family Law Act 1996 applications. He worked on cases at a variety of levels, notably in the High Court (Horohoe v Horohoe [2020] EWFC 102) and the Court of Appeal. Dan now accepts instructions on all private family law matters, with an emphasis on financial remedy and private children law proceedings. Before joining Chambers as a pupil, Dan worked as a paralegal at Mishcon de Reya LLP in both their family and contentious trusts teams, assisting on a variety of complex and high value financial claims.
