Annabel Wentworth accepts instructions in all areas of the law concerning children, including private and public law. In private law she often acts for parents in disagreements over living and contact arrangements. Her work includes contact and residence disputes, declarations of parentage, internal relocation and leave to remove from the jurisdiction. In public law, she primarily represents children and parents involved in complex proceedings involving serious allegations of abuse of children, often including multiple experts. This has extended to fatal or near fatal injuries within the family. She has extensive experience of acting for vulnerable clients.

  She speaks German (fairly fluent) and French. Her Russian is rather rusty, and her Italian is execrable and understood only in restaurants. She enjoys travel, and walking and cycling with friends and family.
