New FRJ edition out now - featuring four 29 Bedford Row barristers

Four members of chambers have contributed to the Spring 2025 issue of the Financial Remedies Journal which has just been published, sharing their expertise on key issues. 

Christopher Wagstaffe KC explores trusts in financial remedy proceedings, offering valuable insights into when and how courts will take these into account. 

Nicholas Allen KC, Joseph Switalski and Jennifer Lee (of Pump Court Chambers) co-author an article examining the issues that arise where the main asset is a farm that may have been in a family for generations. 

Nicholas Allen KC also jointly conducted an interview with Sir Nicholas Francis, in which he reflects on his career at the Bar and on the Bench and gives his thoughts on current trends and challenges in financial remedy cases.
