Francesca Fothergill to speak at the Clarion North Stars debate
17 March 202529 Bedford Row associate member Francesca Fothergill will be speaking at the inaugural Clarion North Stars Debate on 27 June 2025 in Leeds.
This new event brings together leading family law practitioners to debate a key issue in the field. Francesca will join distinguished speakers, including two King’s Counsel, in discussing the motion:
"The House believes that the outcomes in Schedule 1 claims are out of touch with reality and unfair to the child."
The event will start with drinks and canapes, followed by the debate which will be chaired by David Slater and thereafter there will be audience voting and discussion.
