29 Bedford Row team acts for mother in non-accidental injury case

A 29 Bedford Row team of Paul Storey KC, Alexa Storey-Rea and Rosie Vorri, acted for the mother in a serious case where both parents were alleged to have inflicted non-accidental injuries to their twin babies. 

A fact-finding hearing before Mr Justice Peel exonerated the mother in the face of very serious allegations, and found that the father had caused the injuries in question. 

The case is the first published judgment for one of 29 Bedford Row’s newest junior tenants, Rosie Vorri, who appeared in this matter alongside Paul and Alexa.
