Nicholas Allen KC to speak at Resolution’s DR Day 2025

Resolution’s DR Day on Friday, 4 April 2025, brings together leading professionals in family law to explore the latest developments in non-court dispute resolution (NCDR). The event will feature a range of sessions on mediation, arbitration, and innovative approaches to resolving family disputes outside the courtroom. 

Nicholas Allen KC, barrister at 29 Bedford Row, will take part in the afternoon panel discussion, “FPR changes 12 months on”. Joined by Rhys Taylor, Karen Barham, and Morgan Sirikanda, and chaired by Tristan Harvey, the panel will assess the impact of the April 2024 amendments to the Family Procedure Rules, particularly the encouragement of NCDR and changes to MIAMs.
