New Guide to Neutral Evaluation published

Nicholas Allen KC and Andrew Day, alongside Rhys Taylor of 36 Family, are the authors of a new Guide to Neutral Evaluation which has just been issued by the ADR Panel of the Bar Council's Legal Services Committee. 

The guide - which can be found here - has been prepared by the Bar Council to assist barristers on matters of professional conduct and ethics.
