Family Solutions Group launches survey on the role of family law professionals in 2025
12 February 2025The Family Solutions Group, with input from a range of professionals including Nicholas Allen KC, has launched an important survey exploring how family law professionals can best support families following separation.
This research follows changes to the Family Procedure Rules last year and considers the wider societal developments shaping family justice. The results will inform a forthcoming report with recommendations on how legal professionals and others working with families can adapt to meet the evolving needs of separating families.
The survey is anonymous, takes just 5–10 minutes, and is open to lawyers, other professionals working with families, and separated parents. The Family Solutions Group encourages as many people as possible to take part to ensure the findings reflect a broad range of perspectives.
The survey can be accessed here: https://kn.legal/family-solutions-group. Participants are also encouraged to share the link with colleagues and others who may wish to contribute. The more voices included, the stronger the recommendations will be.
