Family Finance specialist Andrew Day joins 29 Bedford Row as an Associate Member
12 November 202429 Bedford Row is pleased to welcome family finance specialist Andrew Day as an Associate Member (Door Tenant). Andrew is a member at St Ives Chambers in Birmingham where he will remain in full-time practice.
With a well-established reputation in family finance law, Andrew brings extensive experience in handling financial disputes between separating spouses, civil partners, and unmarried couples. Known for his expertise in both high-value and more modest cases, he is frequently instructed on complex financial matters across the country.
Andrew is also regularly instructed as an arbitrator and early neutral evaluator/PFDR tribunal, committed to resolving disputes outside of court where possible.
He is consistently recognised in the professional directories as one of the leading junior barristers in his field, and ranked in ‘Band One’ by Chambers & Partners and ‘Tier One’ by the Legal 500.
