29 Bedford Row supports the 10,000 Black Interns Scheme
29 June 202429 Bedford is hosting two new interns through the 10,000 Black Interns Scheme this month.
Bryanna Bondzsie and Lynnie Ngugi will shadow a number of team members to gain first hand insight into how barristers manage cases and liaise with clients.
The programme was set up to offer internships to young Black people in the UK; 2,000 per year for five years. It was launched in 2021 following a pilot scheme of 100 internships. 10,000 Black Interns has partnered with more than 700 firms from 24 different sectors, delivering internships across a range of internal business functions. 29 Bedford Row is delighted to be involved in supporting the students through the programme.
